Are English Translations Required?
All Documents not in English must be translated. ICA accepts:
(i) Translations
provided by the embassy of the country that issued the document
(ii) Translations produced by a
notary public in Singapore or the country that issued the document
(iii) Privately
created translations attested by the embassy of the country that issued the
document, or notarised
by a notary public in Singapore or the country that issued the document.
IMPORTANT! Please ensure that all the required
documents are submitted within 7 days/ 168 hours from the time you start the
online application. Incomplete submission will result in non-acceptance of the
application during e-PR submission. Official
translations are required if documents are not in English.

translations provided by us accepted by the ICA, Immigration and Checkpoint
Authority of Singapore?
YES, notarised translations provided by us are accepted by the ICA, Immigration and Checkpoint Authority of Singapore.
The English translations
are carried out by professional translators to provide accurate, independent
and reliable translations in English. The Notary Public attestations are
carried out by a Notary Public officially and lawfully appointed by the
Singapore Academy of Law. Our notarized translations are accepted by the ICA.
Please note that the ICA has
specified on their websites that “ ICA accepts translation done by…a local Notary
Public. A privately translated copy attested by a local Notary Public is
also acceptable“

Q: What should you do? What are our Fees?
For our quotation, email us via (limsweet99@gmail.com), or WhatsApp (90222711) photographs or PDF files of your documents and we will quote you fast. This will save you a trip to our office. We prefer to transact with you via email and/or WhatsApp and electronic cashless payments. But, If you prefer, you are also welcome to visit our office with copies or the original documents for a quotation and payment.

Q: What is our Fee
structure?
We provide a one-stop service and our quotations and Prices include Translation and Notarisation by a Notary Public.
We itemize our quotation for greater clarity and transparency.
Translation fees will
depends on the number and nature of documents and the amount of text
therein. So we need to view a photograph or PDF file of the document in
order to quote.
A notary certificate is
fixed at $75 by law.
Please be informed that as from 15 February 2017, our Notary Public Rules make it mandatory for a Notary attestation/ certification to come with a Notary Certificate which is $75 as prescribed by law.This will be in addition to the cost, fee of translation.

由2017年2月15日起，根据新加坡法律协会的规定要求，新加坡证件公证需要加 一份公证书, 我们的收费是75新元. 这是法定的价格.
To help you save costs, all the documents and translations for ONE and the SAME application to the ICA will be tied into one bundle under one Notary Certificate. This is suitable for documents relating to one family. You need to pay for only ONE notary certificate even if you translate multiple documents.
However, if there are
more than one applications (or family) involved, there should be additional
separate notary certificates.
Q: How fast can the Notarized Translations be ready after your payment?
This can be ready between 1 to 5 working days after your payment. Please pay asap to get started.
If you are too busy to
come to collect or if you are in a hurry for a scanned notarized translation to
upload to the ICA website. Add another
$(ask for quote) for us to scan and email you a soft copy of the
notarized translations and post the hard copy to you by ordinary post to your
local address at your risk. Clients have found this service fast and
convenient.

IMPORTANT note from the ICA! Please ensure that all

Q: Are notarised
translations provided by us also accepted by the MOM, Ministry of Manpower,
MOE, Ministry of Education, other government agencies/departments and schools
and institutions in Singapore?
Yes, for the same reasons stated before, Our notarized translations have also been accepted by the MOM, Ministry of Manpower, MOE, Ministry of Education, other government agencies/departments and schools and institutions in Singapore.
However, for other
government departments, schools and institutions, please make your own checks with them on
whether our translations will be accepted by them. Although our
notarized translations have, so far, been accepted by them without any problem,
it will depend on their departmental policy of the day and we are not in a
position to give any assurance in this aspect.
Q: Are our English
translations of Chinese PRC driving licences accepted by the Singapore Traffic
Police for conversion into Singapore driving licences?
Yes, English translations of Chinese PRC driving licences provided by us are accepted by the Singapore Traffic Police for conversion to Singapore driving licences. The English translations are carried out by professional translators.

opening hours?
You are welcomed to come of our office with the original or copy of your documents for a quotation or to make payment. The best times to visit us at our office without appointment are 12 to 12.30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. To see us at other times, an appointment is necessary. Contact us (by email & WhatsApp) and pay for our services by internet banking via ATMs, 24/7 for Fast Services. We prefer to transact with you via email and/or WhatsApp.

Q: Do we notarise
translations done elsewhere or done by yourself?
We need to satisfy ourselves that the translations are accurate, independent and reliable. We will not notarize translations done by yourself or done elsewhere by other professionals not familiar to us.
Q: Are you a Notary
Public or a Translation Company?
We are a Notary Public, not a translation company. We are also a law firm of Advocates and Solicitors and Commissioner of Oaths.
We provide you with one-stop-service of translating and notarizing
your foreign documents for official use with the ICA, Immigration and
Checkpoint Authority and other government agencies/department. We partner
with professional translators to provide accurate, independent and reliable
translations in English and to provide you with the necessary Notary Public

department right away, no additional steps or certification need to be taken on

Citizenship, Permanent Residence, PR, Social Visit Pass, SVP, Visit

Pass, LTVP at the ICA (Singapore Immigration and Checkpoint Authority).

bring a set of photocopy of your documents for notarization when collecting the
translations. If you have the originals, please also bring them for our
inspection. If necessary, photocopying(or printing) your
documents at our office for notarization are charged separately at $0.30 (B/W)
or $0.70 (colour) per page.
